i dont have a manual to send but i had the same problem now it wont turn over st enugh to start the bike. the battery is new and wireing is new. i checked the amp draw and my starter is the culpret
somthing you may want to check. i also have the same gear problem
in my case its a combanation of worn sychranizers and aworn clutch
slips in third if im relly getting on the gas. just som things you may want to consider
