i to have the same gear problem with mine in second however in my case it is not the gear itselfits the synchranizer excuse my spelling. but anyway the cheapest way to correct any gear problem is to overhaul the gear unit witch u can do yourself if your mechanicaly inclined they sell books and kits for that. but either way it gose stripped gear, synchranizer whaterver it may be its beter to overhaul it anyway becuase the age of the bike your better off. but you can remove the side cover that houses the clutch. and look into the gear box and you may find out its somthing simple. unlikley but posible |
