Hey, whats up guys, i was hoping everyone could help me out with an issue on my 1980 Yamaha xs1100lg Midnight special. I bought it used and it has some issues but usually starts right up easily and the engine sounds nice. My issue is that my new battery keeps dying within a half hour of riding it around. I end up having to keep taking the battery off the motorcycle and bring it inside to recharge the battery. Im new to motorcycles, and im assuming it might be a bad fuse or something, but i dont have the motorcycle manual and im totally clueless where to look besides the obvious spots. I appreciate and feedback on how to get this bike back on the road and how to get the battery to maintain its charge so i could take a spin out of town....thanks alot guys, sincerly Moose.
