I just bought a xj900r 1983 at 21000km last week.oN THE FIRST RIDE I HEARD A WEIRD METAL SOUND THAT CAME UNDER THE MOTOR,THE GEAR DID WAS DIFFICULT TO CHANGE,BUT AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTE IT WAS ALL RIGHT.
ON MY WAY BACK,I HEARD THE SAME NOISE AND I COULDN´T CHANGE THE SPEED ,IT WAS STOCK IN FIRST GEAR .IT MAKE NOISE WHEN I TRY THE SECOND .ANY CLUE ? REGARDS
