How do you adjust the idle on sj 750 ´82???

How do you adjust the idle on sj 750 ´82???

I just got 82 xj750 seca...sounded and runs great but realized that it idles too high! over 2000 rpm jumps to 2600 at time on neutral at a light. I think the mixture may be too rich as well maybe the cable for the idle may be to short or tight??? can NE one help? how do i adjust mixture? where is it located? how do i adjust the idle? is there an adjustment screw or knob???
I am located in San Mateo, Ca. NE riders out here???
