New Rider with 82 SECA 750 - too fast idle

I´m wondering if this is a carb balancing issue or one that I read about leaky air intakes down below. My idle seems fine at startup, and once warmed up, it goes too high or sometimes too low. My questions are:
Which direction should choke be after warm up forward towards front of bike or towards rear...all the way or do I need to \
