Idle high when starting

I´m new on the bike scene. Just bought a seca,,,idleing around 1300 when starting. id like to drop the resting idle speed to about 1050,,but afraid ill mess something up. Sounds stupid but im new, if n e one could help that would be great. Ill need a step by step thankx,
