I had a similar problem. I first thought it was the brake line then the head gasket which did need replacing. however it was the fork seals! there was a gap between the rubber and tube and alot of oil on the tube above the seal, It should be dry. I got some new and better seals from DennisKirk.com and that fixed it. My Seca750 has 28,000 miles on it and the wear on the components was very slight. so as long as yours dosen´t have too much mileage you shouldn´t have to worry about rebuilding the Forks. But definately check the brakes too you don´t want those going out! good luck
