Thanx Dennis,
The previous owner had lad the bike down and punctured the clutch cover with the rear brake lever. Instead of pulling the oil pan and cleaning out the debris he decided to put on a new cover and sell it. Un-lucky for me I did not find this info out until it got stuck in 1st gear and I was informed. So I now have to pull the shift fork and etc and clean out any remaining debris...
