check intake manifolds for leaks- heat could help open a small crack and lean out a cyl, thereby increasing idle speed. When bike is hot, carefully spray intale manifold areas with wd 40 with a straw- if idle changes, ya have a leak. If not, the wd will probably clean off a layer of crap for ya anyway...LOL KB:)
