I own a 1983 Yamaha XJ 750 Maxim with 20K miles in quite nice condition. It is a fast bike and quite nimble. I like the large teardrop tank, but dislike the seat as I prefer to ride solo and would prefer a saddle seat. All in all, though, a very nice bike, and extremely reliable. Doug
