Hello to all who find yourselves reading thie post!

I have a water cooled 85 Maxim x 700, ...sort of anyway... and it threw a rod and blew through both cases-- riding smoothly at 65. Safely landed it and cried in my cheerios for a week cause I broke my Big Wheel, and now am looking for a replacement engine or to rebuild, and I am running into a hiccup with all the air cooled engines and not finding liquid cooled.

Is there some distinction I need to use like year or model letter or number to designate the correct type?

Also if anyone has info on where to look or has engines laying around in sealed bags from 1985 I would appreciate any input.
