Hi Diversion owners!
Recently bought an ´M´ reg Diversion as first bike. Worked fine until i wanted to start up and go for a ride after it was laid up for a month. Had been standing on side stand only (therefore at angle) Trouble is, it won´t start! There is enough battery juice (12v and lights ok) and fuel. Have tried starting with fuel knob at Fuel, Pri (? whats this anyone pls?)and Reserve settings, but still no fuel seems to get through. (There is no ´rich´ fuel smell from exhaust after repeated turning over. The ´choke´ does operate the lever over the carbs. Have even tried jump starting the bike down an incline, she turns but wont catch. Please help!! I want to get out there and improve my skills and enjoy the sun!
