Mine did the same thing. The button is just plastic and can be easily replaced. Unscrew the right kill switch mount..two screws. The bottom half has the switch and spring in it. Easy to slip in a new button. Finding one is a bit harder. I saw several complete units on Ebay for about $50. The right side horn button is the same also. Either will do.
