I broke off the little plastic blue starter button on my 82?-83 Maxim. How do you replace it? Online shows for sale a button and its spring; and the whole assembly that needs to be soldered on. I would prefer to just buy the button and put it in BUT there is a problem. The little screw that holds the whole assembly in place is very small and almost stripped.So I dont think I will be getting it out. How do you put in the button? Any help would be appreciated. Thx Jim
