It sounds like your plugs are carbon fouled.
Appearance-Dull dry black with fluffy carbon deposits on the insulator tip, electrode and exposed shell.
Caused by-Fuel/air mixture too rich, pulg heat range too cold, weak ignition system, dirty air cleaner. Hope this helps.
