I have been having problems with starting my bike. Sometimes it will start electrically and other times it won´t do anything so I end up push starting it. This is completely random too. When I turn the key the lights come on. When I push the button my oil light comes on. The button works. It will run when I push it and let out the clutch, so I´m sure the problem is with the starter or the starter solenoid.

I´ve been told to try and start it by connecting the terminals on the starter with a screwdriver. If it starts that way I have a starter solenoid problem. If it doesn´t start still I have a starter problem.

Does anybody have a picture of what I need to connect?
I can´t find one and I don´t want to risk shorting something when I´m trying to find out.
