she no start. has fresh fuel in carb bowl, check valves at tdc to ensure they are loose and while they may need adjustment ( i didnt check clearance as i cant adjust them anyways) they are not being held open. the kill switch is operating as it should. i can see spark when kicking it over with the plug grounded against the case. ive given it a few shots of carb cleaner while the filter is off and this dang thing wont even cough. this isnt my bike but so i have very little skin in the game but im scratching my head on this one. any ideas?
