I just adjusted my rear shocks on my 2000 Marauder. I´ve only had it for 3 weeks. It´s my fourth bike in 35 years(with big gaps in between bikes). To answer your question, both shocks are the same. Rotate them the same direction. I had to adjust mine after "burning rubber" on the fender while carrying a passenger. Hope this helps. Email if you need more help.
