I just sold my Honda Elite 80 after four years of fun with it. I am considering a Vespa ET4 or a Yamaha Vino 125. The Vespa is $4700 out the door. The Vino 125 is $2900 out the door. They seem to perform abou tthe same. Please compare the Vespa ET4 to the Yamaha Vino 125.
