V Star 650 Inlet Fuel Valve.....?

So I´m working on the first V Star in my many years of bike working and can´t find (out where and) how to clean a jammed open inlet fuel valve. The bike runs (after an engine replacement) but leaks fuel like crazy out of the overflow line behind the HUGE air cleaner. Any help on how to locate and clean this valve would be much appreciated.
