had the same prob mate has sportster hugger he replaced his fork springs i snaged them and put them in dragstar forks they where a bit longer but whent in ok with a push but this sorted the prob it now rides and feels muck better the springs that came out where only short with long spacers harley ones are full lenth hope this helps
