When I purchased the bike the dealer failed to give me the owners manual. Now after I took the bike out of the garage and charged the battery it will not start. Yes I have fuel and the switch is on and I have the throttle open. On occasion it will back-fire but I think the fuel is not getting to the engine. Anyone have any ideas?
