First of all let me say I love this bike. I only wish Yamaha had paid a little more attention to detail when designing it. The oil filter is in a bad location. The exhaust pipes have to be removed to change it. They do sell a filter relocation kit for around $257.00, Which I highly recomend. Also I dont really care for the fact that unlike my V Star 650 Classic it will not start unless you are in nuetral. The stock seat is uncomfortable for any long rides. And the drivetrain creates a whirring whining noise that only gets louder at faster speeds. Which can be drowned out with a good set of Bub pipes. One thing I also found frustrating was that after 600 miles it needs to be turned back into the dealer for oil change and one time shaft replacement at a cost of around $250.00. other than that I really enjoy riding this bike. I think it is one of the best bikes you can get for the price.
