Friends got a 2003 tzr50 he mentioned about a ton of restrictors in the exhaust - he just fitted a sports pipe. He jetted his to 116. Took the restrictor out of the airbox. And cut a few wires in the cdi unit to bypass the rescritions in their although hes still looking. Seems yamaha have tried real hard to lock this one up
