Hi, i am not sure if it is faster than a 100cc moped but if you get it derestricted i would think it mite be, mine has been rejeted does 50MPH m( i hope to get it derestricted more). it has good grip on dry serfaces providing the tyre pressure is surficient. it sound 2 stroke at hi revs but sound like a 125 in low revs. I have great fun on my TZR and its the winter - so in the summer in good weather it will be amazing...when the roads are dry now and its good riding conditions i have great fun on my TZR.
