Stock sprocket in the USA is 14 /50 on a TW200.... going to a 15 tooth on the front or a 46 or 47 will help cut down on the vibration on the road ... it will also take away some of your off road control ability when wanting to crawl through technical off road sections, as well a steep hill climbing at high elevations where your HP might be lower.
