What is the black screw on right side of carb on TW200

There is a black screw on the right side of the carb on my tw200. It seems to be kind of soft (maleable) and if turned it makes the throttle stick in on position. Could someone tell me what this is? I adjusted thinking it was a fuel screw and now my bike doesn´t run as well. It seems to be soft and I am having trouble getting it in the correct position again.
