Hi Mitch, came across your posting when searching for same question. Did you figure out the o-ring issue? I dug them out, but they were so brittle fell apart. Trying to find the correct size, material to withstand gas. Did you have any luck? Harley tells me I need to get new fuel lines & they dont make them for this bike & on back order until Jan (09). I don´t think so! Thanks for any assistance.
