it´s well known that harleys cam set up; ie. cam flowers were a bad appl. at best. my cam bearings were gone @ 20,000mi. and it´s my understanding that many are figured to go a lot sooner then that.
i do ride hard, but i was adjusting on, a and keeping an eye on tension.
if you can aford, it´s time for gear drive.
