20002 Roadking oil and tranny drain plugs

Harley manuals arnt that good, i like to know where the oil and tranny drain plugs are located. i pulled what i thought was the tranny plug and very little fluid came out, was the transmission just low on fuild or is this typical, i apperciate and help
