Working on customers bike it has a slipping out of gear then back in gear situation I´ve had all tyranny apart we replaced the shift forks with fueling brand shift forks . It seemed to be quite a difference in the size of the fork arms. However when inspecting on the install all seemed as it was working. Unfortunately this didn´t end up the case.test ride I went through the gears all shifted and seemed ok.first stop light first gear ok second gear it almost felt like a belt slip eased off throttle and back to shop. It doesn´t look to be a belt problem? All the gears looked good in transmission when it was inspected needle bearings and everything were all good. Please any thoughts on this will help.
