Pan bolt?

Under my 2007 rkc I noticed an oil drop on a bolt. There r two of them holding what looks like 2 pcs of a pan looking part. Well dummy that I am over torqued it n now bolt is stripped some. Can anyone help with bike part name? Thank u.
