99 King mystery red light on triple tree cover...above key lock

Bought my first HD. 99 Road King and there is a mystery red light (unmarked) above the key lock on the triple tree cover. I haven´t found anything at all googling so came here for help. Can anyone tell me what it is for? Many thanks
