Just found out that the engine is toast in my YAMAHA TMAX 500, Yamaha won´t fix it. Probably have to part it out. No scootin´ for awhile. :-(( Got pick a new scooter, and it will NOT be a Yamaha - engine failure @ 14,000 miles...absurd!! Synthetic oil/filter changes every 2,500 miles!! (Been riding since 1973, owned 9 bikes and a scooter/bike dealership.)
