So my bike blew up. The piston rings caught the edge of the exhaust port. Pistons already oversized to 25. Now have to size to 50. Found carburators liquid cooling were plugged solid with corrosion. How to fix? How important is it to fix? How far do the liquid cooling passages go through the carburators?

Will the bike be reliable anymore?

Over 34000km on it.

Also would like to buy comlpete front and back wheels for TDR 250...? Anyone???
