i used to own a uk t-plate tdm 850. it was alarmed and the battery would drain in a matter of days. i nailed this problem down to the regulator not earthing properly to the chassis and solved it by cleaning the regulator mounts and running an earth wire between the two. i have just bought a uk spec 03 plate tdm900 and it is also alarmed with a series 3 datatool. my question is has anyone encountered battery drain problems with a similar alarm to mine? i havent had the bike for long and would appreciate any problems that anyone has had with anything on the bike so i know what to look out for.any problems at all i mean,not just the electrics. thanks,jonesy.
