Gas tank will not vent under certain conditions. Full tank riding hard on freeway go to stop and go on streets with 3/4 tank and engine will not idle. Take off gas cap and put back on engine runs good till next 3/4 of tank. Dealer has cleaned filters and tubing three times and still have the problem. Anyone else having this problem, any advice. Thanks
