I haven´t ridden the VTX, but have rode every other metric cruiser, to include the Harley and Victory. I switched from a sport touring in order to stretch out a bad knee on long rides, but didn´t want to sacrifice handling. The Stratoliner is a sport bike wrapped in cruiser clothing. Awesome bike, great handling and power, with excellent mpg.
