Hi everyone - I have become the "new" owner of a 1986 SRX6 1JK model original condition with 28000km on the clock - same owner for the last 14 years ! and my first bike for many ( too many ) years after riding since I was 15 years old on and off road and racing speedway ( JAP 500 cc single ) solo for a couple of seasons when I was 19 or 20 ish - - possibly why I liked the idear of a single cylinder "thumper" now - - well I have an old Montessa Cota 247 trials bike around 1972 dual shock classic that I ride at my bach - ( bach = NZ term that refers to a - usually - very basic hut on some land ) - - - so I am on the road and loving the SRX6 - some great hills and twisty roads 10 minutes from where I live in Christchurch New Zealand - Banks Peninsula - an extinct volcanic peninsula - - well thats a short intro - cheers everyone happy riding
