Hello!

I´ve purchased this bike used (third owner, no owner´s manual) and can´t seem to get the steering lock to engage. Is there a trick to it?

The steering key lock fits in and turns a quarter turn, but won´t lock and won´t pull out except at the 6 o´clock position within the lock.
