hey i just got my dads 1981 yamaha sr250 but the thing is that its been sitting for about 7 to 8 years ...and we did the liquids and everything and when we got it started the engine and the exhaust started to smoke white and alot of it especially when i would throttle it ... is that normal or is it tha pistons ? i actually got this 2cycle oil and i put it on there and it still smoked alot so can someone tell me whats going on ? and explan to me how a 2 cycle engine works ? and also when i would diconnect the battery the bike would die so is that a faulty alternator ? does it even have on ? and explain to me where it could be thanks alot
