THE WAY TO GET BETTER PERFORMANCE

These are some advises from me to you about what you can do to make it´s performance better.
First of all you can bore 8 holes in the exhaust around he original one, in same size as the original one.
Then you removes the plastic cap on the right side of the air-filter box completely and also remove the filter (except from the one in aluminium).

Those two things make a wonderful sound of the bike.

BUT: if you ONLY do that your performance will be weaker, if you do not do the next step witch is:

Adjusting a screw under the carburetor a little bit out, so that the air/fuel mixture becomes better.
You only need to adjust it around a quarter or a half turn out.
Tune the screw over and over again until you find the point where the bike/engine work finest.

Out from these modifications you will not raise the top speed with more than maybe a 5km/h, but the the acceleration will raise a bit and you get more torque at lower RPM´s to!

If this is not enough you guys can try change to a 28 or 30mm carburettor, this will give you even better acceleration, maybe a little higher top speed to.

Personally I have tried all these modifications except from changing the carburettor to 28 or 30mm, and I sure feel differences.

I have tried a 37mm carburettor together with the other modifications and the torque at low RPM´s raised a lot together with the sound that was totally great!
But I will say that the 37mm carburettor was way to big.
It works fine for accelerations up to half of the RPM´s, but past that it did not work very well at all..
Actually you get more acceleration with a 37mm, but you loose a lot of top speed, thats because its way to big as I said.
But I think a 28 or a 30mm will be perfect for this bike, im about to try that on my own!

Originally the carburettor is 24mm on these bikes, as I think is to small after all.

Sorry because of my bad English, but at least I have try to explain how to make these bikes work better.
I have personally tried all those things with my own bike, and thats where I have got´n all the tricks from.

Good luck people. :)
