Bought a 2014, rode like a rough single cylinder dirt bike. Each dealer I visited has been rude and condecending. Many dealers claimed nothing was wrong. Turns out the clutch baskets were unbalanced, defective parts from the factory. A dealer broke more than they fixed which turned into a court lawsuit. Next the gear sensor failed, which I could not start the bike with the side stand down. Now the notch between 1st and 2nd is gone. You cannot find neutral, not even with my hand. This has all happened within 5,000 miles. Owned since June has been in shops almost 5 months. Triumph north America eventually screens my calls and ignors my complaints. Do not buy one, this has been the most troublesome bike I´ve owned in 400,000 miles of riding.
