My new 2005 Royal Star Tour Deluxe does not have very good range, about 200km(120mi)before going on the 70km(44mi.) reserve. I was thinking of going to K&L(sp?) air filters to see if they increase range, or look for auxiliary tank of some sort. I really like the RSTD, but I´m wondering why Yamaha put such a small tank on a bike that was partly built for touring. Any thoughts out there?
