This is on my short list of bikes that I may purchase this spring. Any tall riders here have this bike? I am curious of any feedback. I am looking for this style of metric bike (60´s throwback). Unfortunately, my local dealer doesn´t have one in stock yet, otherwise this question would be answered.

The other bike I´m checkin out is the Kawasaki Nomad 1600. The yamaha seems to be getting all the reviews, as compared to the Nomad. My question, though,is why a smaller engine that produces almost 100 horses as compared to the Nomad 1600 producing something like 70 horses? What´s the deal? Will this Yamaha sound good with after market pipes? I want to hear the bike burn gas at idle!!! For those who did aftermarket inhancements, what specific products could you suggest?
