New owner of used 2006 Yamaha Royal Star Tour Deluxe. I ran out of gas yesterday on a ride. I made it about 178 miles on the tank but was not sure when and how to move over to the reserve. Is it automatic or do I have to turn the manual know to reserve. My gas gauge indicate F 17.0, but wasn´t sure what that meant until I ran out and it read F 20.5. I thought the gas capacity of the tank was 7 gallons, but specs on this site said 5.3. Any comment or expertise would be helpful. Thanks
