What are the correct pressures for the front and rear air shocks

I´m looking for what the pressure ranges for both the front shocks and rear mono shocks. If wasn´t handling right so I checked the pressures and found nothing. I don´t have an owners manuel. The bike was purchased used and it didn´t come with the manuel.

I´ve read that they can be adjusted for load and road conditions, but can´t find the ranges anywhere.
