I had a 1999 Royal Star Blvd with a high handle grip position like a HD Heritage. I now have a 2006 Royal Star Tour Dlx and the grips are much lower. Does anyone know if you can simply loosen the the handle bar bolts and rotate the grips upward. Thanks for any info.
