Have a 2004 midnight silvarado and when I press and hold the start button it just clicks (click, click, click). Went yesterday and purchased a new battery (fully charged overnight) and the voltage with no load is 12.66v when I press the start button load remains about the same (12.54). Any thoughts on where to check next before I have to choose the final option of a dealer?
